Patient Information

A useful guide for new and existing patients.

New Patients

At Pemros Dental Practice, we are always happy to welcome new patients.

Your initial consultation begins with a friendly discussion to understand your individual needs and concerns. We then carry out a thorough examination of the lymph glands, muscles, and joints of your head and neck. Next, we examine the inside of your mouth, including your tongue, cheeks, the roof of your mouth, and the back of your throat, areas where problems can sometimes develop without being easily noticed. Finally, we assess your teeth and gums to check their overall health and look for any signs of decay, damage, or gum disease.

After your consultation, we will explain the findings, discuss any issues identified, and talk through your treatment options so you can make informed decisions about your dental care.

Emergencies

We understand that dental problems can arise unexpectedly. To support you when you need us most, we offer dedicated emergency dental appointments, often allowing us to see you on the same day and help you become comfortable as quickly as possible.

For members of our Practice Plan, there is usually no charge for an emergency assessment. Non-Practice Plan  and non-registered patients are also welcome to attend for emergency appointments, which are typically subject to fixed fees. Depending on the treatment required, it may not always be possible to complete the treatment in the initial appointment.

Please contact our reception team for further details or to arrange an appointment.

If you are a registered patient and experience a dental emergency over a weekend or public holiday, please get in touch with the247dentist.

Feedback

We welcome and value your feedback, as it helps us continually improve our care, improve your experience and ensure we provide the highest standard of dental treatment and service.
