Principal Dentist qualified Bristol 1988
John Hill – BDS DPDS
Having been born in the West Country, it is not surprising that John has a fascination and love of the sea and this is reflected in the colour and imagery of the practice. Prior to studying dentistry, John pursued a career in Biochemistry, which examines how our bodies work and how our natural chemicals interact in illness and health.
John qualified in Bristol in 1988, has a diploma in sedation and is particularly interested in the treatment of nervous patients. He regularly attends further training courses in all aspects of dentistry to keep up to date with the latest innovations.
Central to your dental care is John’s Philosophy of dental health with the emphasis on prevention and long term dental solutions.

She has a heart for education and access for all and to this end has spent the past three years teaching the dental and hygiene/therapy students on the clinics at our Peninsula Dental School sites in Devonport and Derriford. It may surprise you to know that Lynn began her career as a terrified patient who never wanted to visit a dentist again after some dreadful experiences as a youngster, so is incredibly empathetic towards anyone who may have gone through a similar experience. Her compassion and professionalism make her a true asset to us here at Pemros.
Sue Sanders – NEBDSA 1988

Sue had a few years off to raise her family, keeping up her study and qualifications up while she was away. Even while sue was not working at Pemros she still came back to see John and the team as a patient. You will find Sue happy to help either on reception or in the surgery with the Hygienist.
